What would you highlight about UNPLAN Shinjuku
I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.
Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was your standard toast, boiled eggs and yoghurt, which was good for me. Nice common areas. 7-11 just across the street.
Showers and toilets could’ve been a bit cleaner (even though staff clean everyday) but I guess it’s hard to keep clean since this is a hostel.

Very Good
The location was ok, stuff were quite attentive and trying to help. The good thing was that the breakfast started at 4am which was very convenient if you were leaving early in the morning I also liked curtains on the bunk bed and locker you had in your sleeping space
The room was with a lack of space and there was no enough space for suitcases. Location is good but keep in mind that it is 15-20 minutes walking distance to the shinjuku station. I also wish there were some activities organized for guests like pubcrawl or something so ppl could meet each other,

Great stay in a convenient
Nice hostel in a good location. In a nice/quiet street located a convenient c.15 mins walk from the main Shinjuku area. 7/11 across the road from the hostel which was handy. Metro station is a couple of minutes walk away which was easy for getting around Tokyo. Dorms were comfortable, and shower/toilet area was clean. Nice common area as well as bar downstairs for hanging out.
Beds were slightly cramped but otherwise no complaints.

What would you highlight about UNPLAN Shinjuku
Good
It was my first time staying in a hostel, and it seemed like a pretty well run one. There were some nice amenities, like the restaraunt, and every night was anime/movie night in the main lobby.
Certain things were not perfect, like a few scuffed up or broken fixtures. Really though, considering it's a huge hostel that has hundreds of people go through it each week, it was probably as well kept up as you could expect/hope for.
